Option #2 – ELECT TRAFFIC SCHOOL

Forward within 30 days of issuance of the ticket: the citation, the traffic school affidavit (signed before a Notary), together with payment shown on the fee schedule below.  Return the completion certificate within 90 days of the date of the ticket.

Option #3 – PLEA OF NOT GUILTY

Request a hearing by calling our office at (850) 643-2215.  If you are unable to appear, request an affidavit of defense, which shall be used as your testimony.

By entering a plea of not guilty you are waiving your right to pay the fine or to elect traffic school.  If you are found guilty by the court, additional penalties may be imposed.
