Option #2 – ELECT TRAFFIC SCHOOL

Forward within 30 days of issuance of the ticket: the citation, the traffic school affidavit (signed before a Notary), together with payment shown on the fee schedule above.  Return the completion certificate within 90 days of the date of the ticket.

CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.  PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Option #3 – PLEA OF NOT GUILTY

Request a hearing by calling our office at (850) 643-2215.  By entering a plea of not guilty you are waiving your right to pay the fine or to elect traffic school.  If you are found guilty by the court, additional penalties may be imposed.
